QA Automation Engineer

Designation: QA Automation Engineer  Preferred Experience: 4+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications. Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases. Develop reusable automation frameworks and testing utilities. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects. Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide quality metrics. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation coverage. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in QA Automation and software testing.  Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. Knowledge of TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Mocha, or similar testing frameworks. Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API testing. Experience using Postman, Rest Assured, Swagger, or similar tools.
