Responsibilities
- Implement and Support Value stream in executing Digital Solutions in Plant.
- Mine & analyse data from databases and carry out predictive modelling to improve operational excellence.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Communicating the benefits of digital solutions to stakeholders, including senior management and employees, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Ensure that the plant is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards related to digital technology in manufacturing.
- Analyse data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyse data from manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement of operational efficiency.
- Promote latest digital technologies and their application in manufacturing.
- Ensure that new technologies are effectively adopted by the plant.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, Lead Plant and Expert members in other plant for New technology for vendors Relationship management & Value streams for delivering digital solutions.
Requirements
- BE/BTech (Software, IT, Electronics/Electrical, Data Scientist Program AI, ML).
- 2-4 years in manufacturing industry as data analyst, data scientist.
- Hands on coding knowledge on languages: C, C++, R, Python, Java.
- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc.
- Experience in visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders: Power BI, Tableau, Power Point.
Nice to have
- Data Scientist Masters Program from a recognized university.
