Principal Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities ● Lead and mentor a pod of 2–3 engineers, driving delivery planning, estimation, and execution. ● Design, build, and deliver high-quality software using .NET Core, Angular, and Azure. ● Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability within the team. ● Contribute to system design and architecture decisions aligned with global services. ● Implement and uphold strong engineering practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD discipline.
