Senior Engineering Manager - Platform

About the role We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact platform engineering team responsible for core infrastructure and product foundations used across Rippling. This role owns multiple horizontal charters, including Data Deletion, Webscripts, Internationalisation, and Rippling Config Service. These systems sit at the intersection of platform scalability, developer productivity, compliance, configuration management, and customer-facing product quality.
