Role overview
EVOLVE is a growth partner for E-Commerce brands in the DACH region, focusing on holistic growth rather than siloed channel management. The agency integrates Creative Strategists, copywriters, and media experts to develop conversion-driven offers, funnels, and paid social strategies that prioritize profitability and contribution margins.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Paid Social campaigns on Meta and TikTok from strategy to daily optimization
- Scale accounts to high five- to six-figure monthly budgets with a focus on profitability
- Develop creative concepts (UGC, Founder Ads, Statics) in collaboration with the internal creative team based on test data
- Provide ideas for ads and funnels based on direct-response principles
- Ensure continuous testing of hooks, formats, and narratives
- Conduct weekly client reporting and provide consultation at the executive level
- Expand the Social Ads department through SOPs, quality management, and professional leadership of new team members
- Assume responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the entire Paid Social team (perspective role as Paid Social Lead)
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Paid Social as the primary channel
- Proven experience scaling E-Commerce accounts to high five- to six-figure monthly budgets
- Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager and ideally TikTok Ads Manager
- Routine with tracking tools such as Triple Whale, Admetrics, or Tracify
- Secure handling of margins, contribution margins, CAC, and POAS
- Strategic understanding of E-Commerce beyond the advertising channel
- Understanding of direct-response mechanisms, UGC formats, and Founder Ads
- German at a native level for client communication and copy evaluation; fluent English for work within ad managers
- Excellent self-organization skills for a 100% remote environment
