Role overview

As an AutoForm Engineer, you will perform technical studies, develop and configure AutoForm templates, and support enterprise report/document generation workflows. You will integrate AutoForm with upstream and downstream applications, ensure reliable distribution of reports, and provide deployment and production support across environments.

Responsibilities

Perform initial technical study of the existing eNotify/AutoForm environment.
Understand existing templates, report generation, data mapping, distribution, and configuration.
Develop and modify AutoForm templates and workflows for document/report generation.
Implement email report distribution functionality with support for multiple recipients.
Configure preferred delivery channels (None/Email) and delivery frequencies (Immediate/Daily).
Implement recipient remarks or memo functionality.
Integrate AutoForm with applications, databases, APIs, or file-based interfaces.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect analysis, and production issue resolution.
Support deployment across development, UAT, and production environments.
Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal team members.
Support initial Model Bank implementation and rollout/adaptation for SUL and GIFT.
Collaborate effectively with upstream and downstream teams.
Communicate clearly and document thoroughly.
Focus on building reliable, configurable, and scalable reporting solutions.
Balance delivery timelines with technical excellence.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in enterprise document/reporting platforms
Experience supporting geographically distributed teams
Proven ability to design, configure, and support AutoForm templates and workflows
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Strong skills in AutoForm/eNotify development and configuration
Expertise in enterprise report/document generation, email/report distribution, and data mapping
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Knowledge of XML, JSON, and structured data formats
Troubleshooting and production support experience
Knowledge of SDLC, testing, deployment, and release support

Nice to have

Experience in AutoForm/eNotify (preferred)
Experience in banking or financial services environments (preferred)
Preferred skills in Java or .NET integration, REST APIs, Linux/Unix, shell scripting, batch processing, CI/CD, and source‑code management
