Role overview
Responsibilities
- You will use your expertise in enterprise product integrations to validate front-end, back-end, and endpoint functionality across our product components.
- Define best practices and serve as the domain expert in Jitterbit product testing.
- Establish and maintain test environments and assets across all supported configurations and endpoints.
- Work closely with Product Management and Development teams to review requirements and design, providing feedback that identifies bugs and surfaces potential improvements.
- Translate product requirements into thoughtful, risk-based test coverage that protects the customer experience.
- Write high-quality bug reports that accelerate resolution.
- Define meaningful quality metrics and dashboards that provide actionable insight.
- Contribute to Scrum/Agile teams beyond test execution by influencing acceptance criteria, improving testability, and embedding quality throughout the SDLC.
- Partner with engineering and product teams during design and development, asking the right questions early to help shape features for testability and reliability.
