We care deeply about design, both the craft and science of it, and we're looking to build a world‑class design team. We’re looking for designers who treat design as the core of the product, not a layer applied at the end.

Responsibilities

Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business value.
Create UX, UI, interaction, and system designs across the product suite.
Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems, deciding when to use, break, or evolve them.
Ship designs at approximately 80% completeness and iterate based on feedback.
Own problems end‑to‑end, from ideation through production shipping.
Design for a billion Indian users across languages and contexts.

Requirements

4+ years designing digital products end‑to‑end at a product‑driven company.
Portfolio that demonstrates real craft, including typography, hierarchy, motion, interaction, and the full stack of visual and UX thinking.
Strong UX intuition – ability to turn abstract ideas into understandable flows.
Strong product judgment – treats activation, engagement, and retention as design problems.
Bias for shipping – prefers shipping at 80% and learning over prolonged polishing.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership – does not wait to be told what to do.
Strong opinions, loosely held – can argue a case and update when proven wrong.
Experience building or maintaining a design system and understanding what it takes to keep it alive.

Nice to have

Works like an AI‑native designer, using tools such as Claude Code and Cursor in thinking, prototyping, and shipping.
Can hold a real conversation about MCP, skills, frontend constraints, and setting up a design system that integrates AI tools.
Data‑curious – experienced with Mixpanel or PostHog, able to read funnels and write SQL well enough to answer product questions.
