Web / Digital Analytics Engineer

Novakid is an online English school for kids. We run ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit and affiliate networks in 15+ countries. Smart Bidding spends most of our budget, and it is only as good as the data we send it. This is a new role with a clear mandate. It combines parts of PPC, analytics and engineering: you work with ad platform APIs, tags, events and automation every day, so campaigns get clean data and people do less manual work. Core project: PPC automation We already auto-pause weak ads with performance rules in one region, and the pilot has proven it prevents wasted spend. Your main project is to turn this pilot into an automation layer for media buying: Auto-pause and alert rules based on performance triggers, rolled out to all key markets Automatic audience sync from our CRM to Meta, TikTok and Reddit (today it is a manual upload) Scheduled performance checks and reports built with platform APIs and AI tools You will also own Conversion tracking on all ad platforms. Events, values and goals in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit and affiliate systems. Clean signals: no double counting, no mixed products, no broken bidding data. Client-side and server-side tracking. Google Tag Manager (tags, triggers, dataLayer) plus Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events API: deduplication, match quality, delivery monitoring. Consent Mode v2 and correct consent behavior on all tags. Tracking for new channels and markets. Create the account and pixel, map our funnel events, verify everything end-to-end, and confirm to the PPC team that the channel is ready. Fixes through engineering. When a change needs backend work, you write a ticket an engineer can build from without extra calls, then test the result and push it to done. When events break, you find the cause fast (DevTools, Events Manager, GTM preview, BigQuery) and drive the fix. Requirements What we expect 2–4 years of hands-on work with conversion tracking or ad platform automation Strong Google Tag Manager; enough JavaScript to debug tags and network requests Real experience with Meta Conversions API or another server-side events API Good knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and automated rules Experience automating routine work with platform APIs, scripts, or tools like n8n / Make Basic SQL (we use BigQuery) English B2+: you will talk directly to partner engineers at Meta, Google and TikTok You can own a problem end-to-end without waiting to be asked Nice to have Server-side GTM · WhatsApp Business API · mobile measurement (Firebase, AppsFlyer) · affiliate platforms · Python · AI agents.
