Role overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive our company's technological advancements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities
- Preprocess and clean large datasets, perform feature engineering, and conduct exploratory data analysis
- Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Optimize existing ML models for improved performance and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and implement best practices
- Contribute to the development of AI/ML strategies and roadmaps
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge through documentation and presentations
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with R or Java
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Experience with deep learning techniques, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark
- Proficiency in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and mathematical concepts
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment
- Proven track record of implementing and deploying ML models in production environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Knowledge of current AI/ML trends and best practices
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer) are a plus
