Overview We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining complex and scalable network systems. This role involves working across service provider, enterprise, or cloud-scale environments to ensure robust network performance, high availability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain reliable, high-performance network infrastructure across core, edge, and distributed Experience over reading the analyzing the security logs from CISCO ASA and Firepower, Authentication issues, F5 Security logs Experience over the firewalls (Preferable CISCO, PoloAlto , Fortinet firewalls) • Troubleshoot complex networking issues and support root cause analysis in live environments. • Support network migrations, upgrades, and architectural enhancements. • Collaborate across teams to implement automation, improve documentation, and streamline operations. • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing. Preferred Skills • Protocols & Technologies: Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Segment Routing, QoS, and redundancy protocols (VRRP/HSRP). • Platforms & Systems: Experience with routers and switches across Cisco platforms (e.g., ASR, NCS, Nexus) or similar; familiarity with IOS, IOS XR, or other network operating systems. • Monitoring & Tools: Exposure to SNMP, Telemetry, Netconf/YANG, and network diagnostic tools. • Scripting & Automation: Working knowledge of Python, EEM, XML, or similar scripting for operational efficiency. • Hardware Understanding: Good grasp of networking hardware components such as ASICs, TCAMs, PHYs. • Data & Analytics: Comfort using tools like Excel, Power BI, or automation platforms to drive insights or reports. Additional Advantage • Exposure to SONiC (Software for Open Networking in the Cloud), SAI (Switch Abstraction Interface), or similar technologies. • Experience with AI Networking, SDN, or virtualized networking environments. • Background in projects focused on scaling, automation, or network innovation.
