- Uses AI to accelerate and strengthen automation — generating and maintaining test cases, self‑healing locators, and AI‑assisted test authoring and debugging.
- Builds automated API and integration tests to validate our integrations below the UI.

- Exchanges knowledge and ideas with other team members.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (UI and API) for Salesforce applications, Experience Cloud portals, integrations, and the Mid‑Market product.
- Apply AI‑assisted techniques — test generation, self‑healing locators, and AI‑supported authoring and debugging — to make automation faster and more resilient.
- Build and maintain API and integration test automation to validate integrations at the service layer and reduce reliance on brittle UI tests.
- Integrate the automation suite into CI/CD and version control so tests run automatically; triage, diagnose, and report failures.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Execute test cases and document results, defects, and issues using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
