Engineering Manager

BukuWarung is building the digital and financial infrastructure for millions of underserved merchants, operating at the intersection of payments, credit, software, and commerce. As they scale toward serving 1M+ merchants, they are looking for an Engineering Manager who still thinks like a builder to own a squad end-to-end, drive execution without sacrificing architecture, and raise the bar on both velocity and engineering depth. This is a leadership role with hands-on technical credibility rather than a coordination role, designed for someone who wants to build both systems and people while remaining technically sharp.
