Role overview
Responsibilities
- Technically supporting our local as well as global service units
- Technically supporting external customers as well as our own organization
- Conducting technical investigations and root cause analyses
- Making sure that all reported cases are well handled in a professional way
- Managing customer cases in a common database with priority and response time
- Close cooperation with sister engineering / development units in other countries
- Building relations and providing great customer service on a high technical level

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4-8 yrs. of experience, preferably in Electrical & Electronics
- Good knowledge about Power system, protection and control
- Proficient in Numerical IEDs, Electromechanical & auxiliary relays (preferably HITACHI ENERGY make)
- Hands‑on experience in software configuration tools like PCM600, HMI500‑REBwin
- A couple of years of experience from a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- A team player who constantly looks for opportunities to improve and to find better ways to serve our customers
- Ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- High focus on customers and their needs
Nice to have
- Background in Substation Automation and commissioning is meriting
- Familiarity with the IEC 61850 standard is a plus
