Role overview
HighRadius’ internal Strategy & Operations team, SNOW, works directly with the Founder and other CXOs to drive strategic initiatives. The role focuses on delivering strategy and operations projects, providing analytical insights, and acting as the primary liaison for users and executives across the Consulting department, all within a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Strategy & Operations projects (e.g., operating model optimization, margins improvement, budgeting, digital transformation) within specified timelines (1‑6 months).
- Understand the current state (as‑is), collaborate with leaders to define the desired future state (to‑be), and outline a path to achieve it.
- Identify key growth bottlenecks and devise solutions/initiatives based on data, customer interviews, and market research.
- Develop deep understanding of assigned projects and proactively identify areas of improvement (Project Governance).
- Use data modeling and analytics to present visual insights and trends to leaders.
- Serve as the single point of contact for users and executives across the Consulting department.
Requirements
- Undergraduate education in Engineering, Economics, or Commerce.
- 2+ years experience in Tier 1 Strategy Consulting firms or 2+ years experience in a Strategy & Operations role in a technology startup.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and provide inputs to guide decision‑making for leaders.
Nice to have
- MBA is desirable (though not mandatory).
- Prior SaaS experience is a plus.
