L3 – Senior UX/UI Designer

The Role Design comes before development — always. At WWS, UI/UX is the user experience, not decoration. Clear, validated design ensures usability, reduces errors, and builds trust. You own the end-to-end design process — from research to testing and handoff — working closely with Product, SDT, and users to ensure what’s designed works effectively in reality.
