Responsibilities
- Connect India's deeply vetted talent team to global customers
- Deliver consulting services utilizing Golang, libp2p, blockchain, and related advanced technologies
- Support implementation of software development best practices
- Contribute to professional development by assisting in course creation for the PradeepIT Academy
Requirements
- Strong experience with Golang, including writing clean idiomatic code and understanding of the Go standard library, concurrency primitives, tooling, and testing practices
- Experience with libp2p or any other P2P networking stack
- Good understanding of Software Development Best Practices
- Computer Science and Distributed Systems Fundamentals
- Knowledge of Consensus Protocols, Distributed Hash Tables, Log Replication, and P2P Networking
- Knowledge of Codecs (Streaming and Compression Algorithms)
- Knowledge of Compilers (Assembly Languages and Virtual Stack Machines)
- General Blockchain Knowledge including Ethereum & EVM Fundamentals, IPFS, Libp2p, etc.
- Interest in topics such as Proof-Of-Stake, Consensus Algorithms, Decentralization, and Public Key Cryptography
