Job Description Your Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Agile transformation for new ARTs / programs, from team setup through delivery stabilization and continuous improvement. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data Science leadership to design scalable team structures, and operating models. Coach Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to strengthen execution, flow, and outcome-driven planning.
