Role overview
Asset Bridge empowers Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) and family offices to seamlessly manage digital assets with integrations across leading crypto custodians, a built-in CRM for client onboarding, and access to DeFi investment opportunities like liquid staking and lending. The company seeks a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join its engineering team remotely in India as an early hire, playing a crucial role in shaping the technology stack, contributing to product development, and scaling the platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the AssetBridge platform.
- Work with Django (Python) backend and React.js/Next.js frontend.
- Develop API integrations with custodians and external financial services.
- Manage Dockerized microservices, PostgreSQL databases, and Redis caching.
- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of our application.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
- Collaborate with the US-based founder and engineering team to deliver features and improvements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Python (Django) and JavaScript (React.js/Next.js).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Experience with , ActiveMQ, Docusign or Persona..
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience working in fintech, crypto, or blockchain is a big plus.
