Sr Manager, Engineering

Primary Responsibilities: Lead a Test Engineering team, providing them with technical guidance and deliver high-quality software to meet customer needs. Develops and modifies our Testing processes and methods, focusing on continuous improvement. Researches, analyses, and monitors the new technologies in the Testing industry. Directs team members for Automation, Regression and Performance Tests. Facilitates communication upward and across project teams.
