Key Account Manager(Digital Marketing)

What will you do? Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely support, effective query resolution, and smooth communication for all the marketing campaign services. Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and client commitments consistently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, WFM, Quality, Training, Insights) for flawless execution. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while managing scope, timelines, and resources.
