Role overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Senior Software Engineer (SDE-3) to join our team. In this role, you will own large features end-to-end—from design to production—drive key architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers. The ideal candidate is an expert in Node.js (backend) and Vue.js (frontend), thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is relentless about delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own large features end-to-end—from design to production

- Mentor junior developers
- Go deep in any part of the stack, whether it's optimizing backend performance, scaling infrastructure, improving frontend responsiveness, or debugging complex production issues
- Technical Mastery - Backend: Strong experience in Node Js, with solid understanding of REST API design, microservices architecture, and scalable systems
- Technical Mastery - Frontend: Proficient in Vue.js, with experience building modular, performant, and accessible UIs
- Technical Mastery - Databases: Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore)
- System Design & Architecture: Design scalable and maintainable systems (both HLD and LLD)
- System Design & Architecture: Write clear technical design documents and contribute to architecture discussions
- System Design & Architecture: Make informed decisions considering trade-offs and system impact
- Execution & Ownership: Drive features and projects from planning to production
- Execution & Ownership: Ensure code quality, reliability, and performance
- Execution & Ownership: Participate in debugging, performance tuning, and production incident handling
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP)
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Own production readiness: logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices through code reviews

Requirements
- 4-5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with Node Js for backend development
- Expertise in Vue.js for frontend development
- Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and system design
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Comfortable with CI/CD processes, containerization, and cloud environments
- Proven leadership in mentoring and leading projects
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Exposure to domain-driven design and event-driven architecture
- Contributions to open source or technical blogs
