Role overview
Lead overall operations of a Global Engineering & Competency Centre (GECC) team which delivers end-to-end solutions for multiple Region’s Projects and ensures proper execution of customer orders to full satisfaction. Lead, coach, and develop operational teams for respective Regions across the Globe. Responsible for the operational performance of Grid Automation for the execution phase (OTR) of Global projects and associated services, including the highest degree of operational excellence.
