Role overview
As a Senior Solutions Architect (SSA) in Tech Solutions, you will serve as the technical and consultative leader for complex, enterprise‑grade Mindtickle implementations. This role blends deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and customer‑centric consulting, partnering with customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to design scalable, secure, outcome‑driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical and consultative leader for complex, enterprise‑grade Mindtickle implementations.
- Blend deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and customer‑centric consulting.
- Partner with customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to design scalable, secure, and outcome‑driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Balance speed, scalability, security, and long‑term maintainability in solution design.
- Own both how the solution is built and why it is built that way.
