Role overview
QA Engineer (Integrations) responsible for validating payment integrations and testing company products to ensure reliable production delivery. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience testing payment systems integrations and mobile apps while working closely with Product Managers, developers, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Test company products, payment methods, and integration solutions.
- Design and maintain test cases, checklists, and defect reports.
- Identify, describe, and log defects in Jira or other bug‑tracking systems.
- Communicate directly with external clients and vendors to clarify issues.
- Provide detailed test reports and status updates.
- Collaborate independently with other team members (support, developers, analysts, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain test documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a QA engineer or technical support engineer in fintech (banks, payment systems, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, Swagger, etc.).
- Proficiency with bug‑tracking systems (Jira, Redmine, Trello, etc.).
- Experience writing and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports).
- Ability to read logs and use browser DevTools or similar debugging tools.
- Solid understanding of Linux OS for QA purposes.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Technical English proficiency and ability to communicate in writing with clients and teams in English.
- Excellent written communication skills in Russian.
