Job Role: UI/UX Designer Job Type: Permanent Full time Experience: 06 months to 1 year Location: Pune (On-site) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days We’re looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team in Pune. You’ll work on real product features and designs while also contributing to brand visuals like banners and social media creatives. This is a great opportunity for a fresher or early-stage designer to gain hands-on experience across product and visual design in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing clean, user-friendly UI screens for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, mock-ups, and visual layouts in Figma. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and refine features. Take initiative to clarify requirements before starting any design work. Contribute to visual creatives such as banners, social media posts, or brand assets when required. Follow structured design processes and iterate based on feedback from users or team. Ensure designs are responsive, consistent, and align with platform guidelines. What We're Looking For: 1 year of experience in UI/UX design. A decent portfolio showing UI/UX design work and visual creativity. Good understanding of layout, spacing, typography, colour, and basic UX principles. Proficiency in Figma (and optionally Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva). Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow steadily. Good communication and time management skills.
