Role Overview : The Creative & Production Director will integrate design, video, motion, UI/UX, and content production into one high-performance creative pod at TantraEdu in Pune. This role owns creative quality, brand consistency, AI-assisted production, and scalable review systems while reducing turnaround times, revision cycles, and single-person execution dependencies.
