Role overview
As a Cluster Head - Security and Investigations at Meesho, you’ll run a Regional organization focused on reducing security incidents and identifying, reducing, and resolving malicious losses and frauds on the ground. You’ll achieve this by collaborating with Business, Operations teams, Operations partners, and Sellers to serve users better. The role involves leading key initiatives, audits, formulating and implementing SOPs, and delivering impactful projects to address security and loss prevention needs. Your guiding question will be 'How can we build an efficient, fraud-free, high on ownership and integrity supply chain, while keeping customer experience at max.' You’ll own the Security and Investigations charter for the Fulfillment and Experience team, and Meesho at large.
Responsibilities
- Run a Regional organization focused on reducing security incidents
- Identify, reduce, and resolve malicious losses and frauds on the ground
- Forge strong collaborations with the Business and Operations teams, Operations partners, and Sellers
- Work closely with the mentioned teams to serve users better
- Lead key initiatives, audits, and projects
- Formulate and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Deliver impactful projects to cater to security and loss prevention needs for the organization
- Own the Security and Investigations charter for the Fulfillment and Experience team, and Meesho at large
- Answer the guiding question: 'How can we build an efficient, fraud-free, high on ownership and integrity supply chain, while keeping customer experience at max' every day
