Forward Deployed Engineer, Managed Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer, Managed Services based in India. This is a remote, customer-facing role within a Managed Services team focused on helping strategic customers maximize the value of an advanced SaaS platform. You will build, configure, and optimize AI Agents that extend automation and support new customer use cases beyond initial implementation.
