Overview mthree Graduate Recruitment Program: Tech Roles mthree helps graduates and early career professionals begin careers in technology, banking, and business. Selected candidates complete 6 to 12 weeks of training through the Academy before joining one of mthree’s clients for 12 to 24 months. You will receive continued support, annual salary increases, and access to online learning plans to build your technical skills. Most participants continue their careers with the client after the program. Responsibilities As an mthree Alumni, you may work with client teams to design, build, test, and maintain scalable technology solutions and applications. You may also support systems such as algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting platforms while collaborating with global teams.
