Key highlights

Develop and implement IT strategies, goals, and policies in alignment with the company's objectives.
Administer and monitor the utilization, availability, and security of all IT infrastructure and systems, including networks (LAN, WAN), Windows and Linux servers.
Ensure data security, integrity, and backup systems are robust; implement security measures, conduct audits, and develop disaster recovery plans to mitigate risks.
Provide high-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.
Oversee the IT team, which may include mentoring junior staff, evaluating performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

6+ years IT experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer, IT, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of Windows server administration (AD, DHCP, FTP, DNS) and Linux administration.
Good knowledge of network administration, switches and firewalls (FortiGate/Palo Alto).
Backup administration experience (Veeam software).
Disaster recovery planning experience.
Server patching experience.
Ability to prepare SOP documents and audit documentation.
Asset inventory management experience.
End user support/user management experience.
Ability to quickly diagnose and solve system‑related issues and outages to minimize impact.
Experience with endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Windows Defender.
Ability to monitor and audit security logs for suspicious activities.
Capability to ensure redundancy and stability of all critical IT systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MECM, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
