Group Head- Client Success

Key Responsibilities (day-to-day) Lead media strategy, delivery, and optimisation across paid, earned, and owned channels for a group of accounts. Own senior client relationships, consultative conversations, and expectation management. Set optimisation direction across SEM, Display, Social, OTT, Programmatic, UAC, and mobile app marketing. Own KPI frameworks and web-analytics standards across the group's channels. Drive account growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
