Must have skills : User Experience (UX) Design Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of target users by observing and analyzing how they interact with various systems and complete their tasks. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance the overall experience by designing intuitive and efficient solutions that align with user needs. The workday often includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the user journey is seamless and engaging, while continuously refining designs based on feedback and evolving user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret user requirements and translate them into effective design strategies. Conduct usability testing and analyze results to inform iterative design improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance user experience approaches. Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on design methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. Strong skills in wireframing and prototyping tools to visualize design concepts effectively. Experience in user research methods including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Ability to create user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. Competence in collaborating with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. This position is based at our Chennai office.
