We're a performance marketing agency building and optimising websites and landing pages for US clients. We're hiring someone who can find why a page isn't converting, redesign it, and prove the change worked. This is not a visual-only design role. You'll work from GA4, Google Ads data, heatmaps and session recordings, form a hypothesis, design the fix in Figma, build it, and measure the result.
