Role overview
We are looking for a Senior / Lead Test Automation Engineer with strong QA expertise, hands-on automation skills, and experience in data testing and Azure.
Responsibilities
- Define the testing approach, identify quality risks, and drive improvements across the team.
- Designing and maintaining automated tests covering UI, APIs, and integrations.
- Building scalable, maintainable automation frameworks and improving test reliability and coverage.
- Validation of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data quality.
- Integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- QA seniority and ownership.
- Strong experience with Playwright and TypeScript / JavaScript.
- Experience with databases, SQL, Databricks, and data testing.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure environments.
- Knowledge of engineering practices including Git and code reviews.
Nice to have
- Robot Framework experience.
- Practical use of AI tools for test creation, analysis, debugging, and improving testing efficiency.
