Role overview
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead AI-enhanced, multi-channel marketing that actually moves the needle. You’ll own the playbook for automation, personalization, and data-driven growth, while mentoring a high-output team of performance marketers, content creators, and designers. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to leadership, with direct ownership of pipeline, brand reach, and ROI.
Responsibilities
- AI-Led Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies using AI for automation, segmentation, personalization, and predictive analytics
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team across performance marketing, content, and design
- Tool Stack : Leverage platforms like Jasper, ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, 2–3x content velocity and campaign efficiency
- Growth Funnels : Optimize journeys with behavior-based triggers, dynamic content, and conversion path analysis
- Launches : Drive product and service launches with real-time data and AI-generated creative
- Cross-Functional Alignment : Partner with Sales and Product to align messaging and grow pipeline
- Analytics : Monitor AI-powered dashboards and adjust in real time
- Budget Ownership : Allocate spend based on performance and deliver measurable ROI
- AI-Enhanced Lead Generation : Drive 20%+ quarterly growth in MQLs
- CAC Efficiency : Lower Customer Acquisition Cost through AI-optimized targeting
- Marketing ROI: Achieve and sustain 3:1 or better
- Website Intelligence: Grow organic traffic 30%+ with AI SEO and dynamic content
- Engagement: Hit 25%+ email open rates, 5%+ CTRs, and reduce churn
- Content Velocity: Scale output 2–3x with generative AI
Requirements
- 4–6 years in data-driven, performance, or B2B marketing
- Proven experience using AI tools to scale campaigns and personalize at scale
- Strong grasp of HubSpot/Marketo, SEO, paid ads, and marketing automation
- Analytical mindset: you live in the data and make decisions fast
- Leader who can coach, collaborate, and execute

- MSP/SaaS/tech background is a plus
