Inside Sales Head

About the Role We are looking for a data-driven, high-velocity Inside Sales Head based in Kochi to build, scale, and lead our centralized inside sales engine. In this role, you will recruit, train, and manage a multi-lingual team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) who will qualify inbound/outbound leads, conduct discovery, and schedule qualified site visits to power our field sales teams across states.
