Responsibilities
- Execute strategic sourcing projects and RFx events across Professional Services categories including Temporary Labour, Consulting, Marketing & Communication Services, Travel & Mobility, Training and other business services.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with category objectives, business requirements, risk management principles, and cost optimization targets.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business demand, challenge requirements where appropriate, identify standardization opportunities, and drive effective demand management practices.
- Conduct spend analysis, market intelligence, benchmarking, supplier assessments, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluations to support sourcing decisions.
- Lead commercial negotiations involving rate cards, statements of work, service agreements, framework contracts, and pricing models to deliver business value.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier identification, RFQ/RFP management, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and contracting.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to improve service performance, innovation, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation.
- Support supplier onboarding, supplier performance reviews, compliance assessments, and governance activities.
- Collaborate with regional and global category teams to execute category strategies and procurement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, compliance requirements, contractual obligations, and audit standards.
- Leverage digital procurement tools, sourcing platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve sourcing efficiency and decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation opportunities, and data-driven procurement practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management in Indirect Purchasing categories.
- Proven experience in sourcing strategy development, demand management, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
- Experience conducting benchmark studies, commercial evaluations, TCO analysis, and supplier performance management.
