Role overview
As a ServiceNow Developer at Everpure, you will architect and deliver the automated workflows that power our global operations. You will partner closely with business analysts and process owners to transform complex requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance employee productivity and customer satisfaction. By driving the evolution of our ServiceNow platform, you ensure our internal systems remain as innovative and reliable as the data storage solutions we provide to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of functional workflows, business rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP) within the ServiceNow ecosystem to automate manual processes and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Execute end-to-end delivery of enhancements across ITSM, CSM, or HR modules, ensuring all configurations—from Client Scripts to Flow Designer—align with global performance and security standards.
- Identify trends through root cause analysis and prioritize preventive actions to ensure platform stability.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation to maintain 24x7 Customer Service Management capabilities.
- Consult with cross-functional delivery teams to finalize technical designs and conduct rigorous code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous service improvement and technical mentorship.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven track record as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Deep expertise in Flow Designer, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Policies.
- Hands-on implementation experience in at least one core product (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM).
- Proficiency in managing complex data migrations.
- Proficiency in building robust integrations with 3rd party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Transform Maps.
- Ability to translate abstract business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables while maintaining a focus on system maintainability and high-quality documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with global stakeholders and provide technical reviews that elevate the collective output of the development team.

Additional details
- Company operates primarily as an in-office environment; the employee will be expected to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
