Key highlights
- Experience: 1-to-3 years
- Key Benefit: Mentorship from veteran industry leadership
- Notable Requirement: Fluency with modern marketing stack (Figma, Canva, Notion)
- Company Stage: Early-stage / Series A
Role overview
D3 is building the world's first purpose-built blockchain for DomainFi, bringing domain tokenization and DeFi primitives to a $360B+ real-world asset class. The company is globally distributed with a team of operators who have shaped the internet, including pioneering domain monetization and launching major TLDs. D3 is hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to support execution across social, digital events, content, campaigns, and reporting. This is a generalist, startup-speed role for someone looking for their first or second job in marketing to gain experience across the full marketing stack at an early-stage crypto infrastructure company.
Responsibilities
- Support daily publishing across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube: drafting, scheduling, formatting, and posting
- Own community listening and engagement queues, surfacing replies and mentions worth a response
- Test and build new channels (TikTok, Farcaster, Telegram, short-form video) and report back on what works
- Maintain the content calendar and keep contributors on deadline
- Produce social graphics, event flyers, and slide edits from existing brand templates in Figma or Canva
- Manage the asset library and keep versions organized
- Brief and coordinate with our visual designer and outside contractors
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports across social, web, email, and campaign channels
- Track UTMs, tag links, and keep attribution clean
- Keep track of reporting, turn numbers into a point of view, and advise on what to increase or stop
- Run production for X Spaces, webinars, AMAs, and podcast recordings: run-of-show, speaker prep, reminders, recording, and follow-up
- Build event pages, registration flows, and reminder sequences
- Cut recordings into clips, quote cards, and recap posts within 48 hours of the event
- Draft social copy, newsletter sections, event recaps, and blog support material
- Repurpose long-form assets (reports, podcasts, panels) into channel-native formats
- Keep our voice consistent for two audiences at once: domain industry veterans and crypto-native traders
- Support go-to-market for protocol upgrades, partner announcements, and token launches
- Build and maintain campaign trackers, asset checklists, and launch-day run-of-show
- Coordinate KOL toolkits, partner co-marketing assets, and community distribution
Requirements
- 1-to-3 years of relevant marketing experience (Agency, startup, or in-house)
- Project management instincts: you track your own deadlines, you chase down blockers, and nothing falls through the cracks
- Comfort with incomplete information: you make a call, flag the assumption, and keep moving
- Strong sense of ownership: treating a task as yours from brief to published, including the unglamorous parts
- Ability to context-switch across five projects in a day without losing the thread
- Clear, fast writing with short sentences and no AI slop filler
- Working fluency with the modern marketing stack: social schedulers, analytics dashboards, Figma or Canva, Notion or similar
- Comfortable working async across time zones with a distributed team

- Basic HTML, CSS, or no-code site building (Claude Code, Webflow, Framer)
- Data comfort: spreadsheets, dashboards, light SQL
- Meme literacy: knowing the difference between funny and cringe, and which accounts set the tone
Benefits
- Ground-Floor Growth, Learning, and Impact: opportunity to sharpen skills, expand expertise, and shape the foundation of an ultra-early-stage company

- Strong, Proven Leadership: invaluable mentorship from industry visionaries with veteran experience
