Role overview
Responsibilities
- Execute and support GTS Preference processes for Bosch India plants.
- Manage supplier preference declarations and master data in GTS.
- Perform and monitor automated preference calculations.
- Ensure standardized, compliant, and audit-ready documentation.
- Coordinate with the project team for smooth roll-out and stabilization of the GTS project in India.
- Coordinate with plants, suppliers, and stakeholders to reduce compliance risk.
Requirements
- Graduate / post-graduate, preferably in International Trade / Foreign Trade.
- 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with basic knowledge of Customs and Foreign Trade (Export & Import) and Internal Controls.
- Capable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder connects.
- Effective business communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in latest IT tools such as Power BI, AI, Data Analytics, etc.
Nice to have
- Basic certification in German language
