Role overview
GR8_TECH builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead, delivering full-cycle, high-impact tech designed to scale—from seamless integrations and expert consulting to long-term operational support. Their platform powers millions of active players and drives real business growth as the iGaming Platform for Champions. This role exists to make sure gambling products, operations, and market entries meet regulatory requirements from day one. The Compliance Lead will own licensing and product compliance across markets, working closely with Legal, Product, Platform, and Tech teams to turn regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the process of obtaining and maintaining B2B and B2C gambling licences across relevant markets.
- Manage regulatory submissions and ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into practical actions for the business.
- Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and operational instructions.
- Oversee compliance requirements from initial concept through implementation and post-launch.
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear technical requirement packs for Product, Platform, and Tech teams.
- Partner with development teams to ensure software solutions, workflows, and reporting meet applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify compliance gaps and work with relevant teams to address them without creating unnecessary friction for the product.
- Support new market launches by assessing regulatory requirements and defining the compliance scope.
- Lead and participate in platform and product certification processes, including GLI, PCI DSS, RTP, RNG, and other relevant certifications.
- Coordinate compliance activities across multiple projects, stakeholders, and markets.
- Own strategies and procedures related to responsible gambling compliance.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen compliance processes and make them more scalable.
- Stay close to regulatory developments, industry practices, and emerging requirements to keep our implementation both compliant and future-focused.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or legal roles within the iGaming/gambling industry.
- Strong understanding of gambling regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gambling principles.
- Hands-on experience with gambling licence applications, regulatory submissions, and licence administration.
- Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical requirements for Product, Platform, or Tech teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive compliance initiatives from requirements through implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory topics clearly to different stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Law.
- Fluent Ukrainian or Russian and strong English, both written and spoken.

- Experience with platform or product certifications such as GLI, PCI DSS, RTP, or RNG.
- Experience supporting new market entries and preparing technical requirement packs.
- Experience working with responsible gambling frameworks and related product initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple regulated markets.
