Staff Product Designer

Job Summary We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to take on Koru's most ambiguous, highest-leverage design problems, the ones that span multiple client accounts, cross multiple teams, or don't have a defined brief yet. You'll set the standard for design quality and AI-informed practice across the accounts you touch, and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where creating structure is part of the job, not something handed to you.
