UX Designer

Description UX Designer Responsibilities Understand the business objectives and current SFA-SFH CX landscape for the targeted applications. Assess the existing CX/UI design capabilities, assets, and resources available across teams. Engage with relevant business, product, design, and technology stakeholders to gather inputs and align expectations. Work with Sanjay( DV PM) and Yongqin (PO) Shape and develop the CX Refresh proposal, including recommended execution approach and delivery model.
