Role overview
We’re looking for a sharp product‑minded builder who can take ownership of features from concept through QA — not someone waiting around for tickets. Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across multiple projects using Lovable and modern web stacks
- Building the feature
- Testing it thoroughly
- QA and validate your own work before handoff
- Refining the UX/UI where needed
- Improving workflows, UX, and product quality proactively
- Communicating tradeoffs and blockers clearly
- Suggesting better approaches when appropriate
- Debug, refine, and extend generated code when needed
- Work independently while keeping communication clear and proactive
- Help move projects forward quickly without sacrificing quality
Requirements
- Strong experience with Lovable for rapid feature development and prototyping
- Strong full‑stack engineering skills (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, or similar)
- Ability to work directly in code when overrides, debugging, or refinements are needed
- Strong product intuition and design awareness
- Experience building polished applications end‑to‑end
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
- Reliable part‑time availability on an ongoing basis
Nice to have
- Experience working on SaaS or marketing technology products
- Strong UI/UX instincts without requiring detailed design direction
- Experience working closely with founders or fast‑moving startup teams
- Ability to identify product gaps and propose thoughtful solutions proactively
Additional details
- You’ll work directly with a technical founder across several active products and internal tools.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building fast, thinking critically, and improving products beyond the original ask.
- We value people who think like product owners, not task executors.
- We care about builders who take pride in their work, think independently, and genuinely care about product quality.
- If you’re the type of person who notices what could be better — and fixes it — we’d love to talk.
