Role overview

The platform serves over 30,000 salons, spas, and fitness studios globally, including major brands like European Wax Center and CorePower Yoga. As a Product Manager at Zenoti, you will define market requirements, package features into releases, and collaborate with development leads, architects, and customers to deliver high-quality solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, writing functional documents, building agile backlogs, and advocating for end-users throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Defining market requirements and packaging features into product releases
- Interacting with development leads, product architects, product managers, and key customers
- Gathering requirements from existing and potential customers
- Writing functional requirements documents
- Building agile product backlogs
- Managing the delivery of Zenoti features release after release
- Working through the entire product cycle as the advocate for end-users and customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to customers and senior executives
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to come up with recommendations using data
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams with a results-oriented attitude
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and break complex and vaguely defined problems into a clear and actionable set of steps
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to strike the right balance between developing a high-level understanding of the business and market requirements, and developing detailed specs needed for execution
- Good understanding of mobile, web, and cloud technology space
- 8+ years of work experience in a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager role
- Technical or engineering background
