Role overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of our environmental engineering projects. The Project Manager will manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of projects and achieving client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budget allocations, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external contractors to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
- Keep track of timesheets and expenses and monitor ongoing project costs.
- Prepare detailed reports and manage project documentation in shared folders and databases.
- Create and review proposals for projects, which might include bid documents or specific pricing sheets for existing clients.
Requirements
- 5 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, Airtable, MS Project, or similar
- 2 years of experience in managing construction or environmental projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- Ensure that our marketing and sales activities are taking place
- Create and monitor budgets, P&L for projects
- Ensure accuracy of the data provided in reports
Additional details
- This position requires that you work nightshift, typically your shift will end around 1AM IST.
- We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar environment and is comfortable managing workers in the USA. So you will have to adjust your timing based on the client's location.
