Key highlights

  • Fully remote in India
  • Temporary 12 months Role
  • 24 hours per week (Monday - Thursday)
  • Shift: 7:00 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST
  • Requires Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience

Role overview

Equisoft is a global provider of digital solutions for insurance and investments, recognized by more than 300 of the world’s leading financial institutions. The Paid Media Contractor reports to Manager, Marketing Campaigns and works closely with the Marketing Operations, Analytics, Content/Creative, and Inside Sales to ensure paid campaigns drive the right conversions — and that those conversions are tracked through to SQLs and pipeline, not just lead volume.

Responsibilities

  • Manage performance across paid channels. Build, manage, and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn Campaign Manager) programs — including keyword/audience strategy, bidding, budgets, and ad structure — across multiple product lines and regions.
  • Focus on pipeline, not just leads. Align conversion strategy to funnel stages (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline), partnering with Marketing Ops and Inside Sales to improve lead quality and acceptance.
  • Drive ROI at a reasonable CAC. Manage paid media investment to maximize pipeline contribution while keeping customer acquisition cost (CAC) reasonable relative to deal size — prioritizing efficient spend over raw volume.
  • Run a disciplined testing roadmap. Launch structured experiments across ad copy, creative, audience segments, bidding strategies, and offers — documenting insights and scaling what works, while maintaining brand voice consistency (approved CTAs, product messaging, capitalization rules, etc.).
  • Improve full-funnel conversion. Partner with Marketing Ops and Content teams to improve landing page relevance, form performance, and post-click experience.
  • Maintain campaign governance. Uphold naming conventions, change logs, budget pacing, and QA processes across Google Ads, GA4, GTM, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; flag risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Deliver clear performance reporting. Provide regular (weekly/monthly) reporting with actionable insights for marketing leadership.
  • Support planning cycles. Contribute to monthly and quarterly planning — forecasting performance, proposing budget allocations, and aligning channel strategy with regional/product priorities.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager required)
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot (or similar marketing automation/CRM platform)
  • Experience connecting paid media performance to pipeline/revenue metrics, not just click or lead volume
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills — comfortable pulling performance data, spotting trends, and translating numbers into clear, actionable insights
  • Comfort working across multiple regions, product lines, and stakeholders in a B2B environment
  • Strong organizational habits — naming conventions, documentation, structured testing
  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize activities effectively.
  • A critical and innovative mind: we need someone who can recommend improvements and constructively challenge themselves and their team members.
  • Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor and discipline

Nice to have

  • B2B SaaS or fintech/insurtech experience is a plus

Benefits

  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Stimulant environment
