Role overview

Responsibilities

Develop and scale features for our IMS solution using Go (Golang), following a test-driven development (TDD) approach.
Work across the full spectrum of IMS nodes (P/S/I-CSCF, MMTel, etc.), transitioning legacy signaling patterns into high-performance Go services.
Handle signaling and media protocols (SIP, Diameter, RTP) directly within Go-based micro-services.
Perform deep-track testing, validation, and optimization to ensure low-latency performance and high-quality deliverables.
Interpret 3GPP specifications and implement them to ensure our IMS solution remains industry-compliant and interoperable.
Work with a modern stack including Kubernetes, Redis, MySQL, and Prometheus build resilient, self-healing network functions.

Requirements

Deep experience in Go (Golang), specifically with concurrency patterns (go routines/channels) and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of telephony standards, specifically SIP and Diameter.
Very comfortable working in Linux environments and understanding low-level networking (TCP/UDP/SCTP).
Knowledge of Python or Bash for automation and tooling.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex distributed systems.
Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid-remote startup environment.
Proficiency in English.
