Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Bangalore Department: IT Job Type: Full time About the Role : Joola is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end design of our digital products. You will shape intuitive, elegant experiences from research and wireframes through high-fidelity design and prototyping. This is a hands-on role for a designer who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and partners closely with product and engineering to ship work that users love. Roles & Responsibilities : Own the full design process from user research and information architecture to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes. Design and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries that keep our products consistent and fast to build. Translate business goals and user needs into clear, usable, and visually polished interfaces. Build interactive prototypes to test and communicate ideas before development. Partner with product managers and engineers to ship designs and iterate based on feedback and data. Advocate for the user and raise the bar for design quality across the team. What We're Looking For 6-10+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally on digital products or web applications. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems. Mastery of Figma components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping. A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and systems thinking. Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting and defending design decisions. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints. Experience designing for both web and mobile. Experience using AI-powered design or productivity tools in your workflow and familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce design patterns a plus. Show more
